How to Return
There are NO refunds. Store credit is available within 14 days on all regular priced items with NO damage. There are no exceptions to this. You have up to 14 days to receive store credit for your item as long as the item is received in non damaged condition. All returns can be sent to our office/warehouse located in the "About Us" section of this site.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged items will not be accepted for return/exchange. There are no exceptions to this. Should you have received the wrong size or item, feel free to contact our customer service at and you will be given an exchange for the correct item in which you ordered.

All orders over $50 ship via priority mail which takes roughly 1-3 days anywhere in the U.S. Items under $50 ship via first class mail which takes between 2-6 days anywhere in the U.S. Express shipping is optional for those needing their items in a more timely item. "Lux line" items take 5-10 days to ship anywhere in the world and cannot be shipped express mail.
All orderes outside of the United States ship via first class mail and take anywhere between 5-10 days to reach its destination.
"Lux line" shipping
Our exclusive "Lux line" of dresses takes 5-10 days to ship to its location anywhere in the world. Overnight and express shipping are NOT an option for the dresses in this particular catagory.
